Method and definitions
Case-insensitive phrase matching plus checks for excessive exclamation marks, uppercase letters, links and missing opt-out language. Matching is a contextual review cue, not a spam probability.
This is a copy screening tool. It cannot test inbox placement, reputation, SPF/DKIM/DMARC, consent, provider filters or deliverability. A clean result does not certify the email. Review the context of every match.
Worked example
A phrase such as “guaranteed” is flagged for review. A plain sentence asking whether a checklist would help can produce no phrase matches without proving inbox placement.
