Method and definitions

Delivered = sent − bounced. Open rate = unique tracked opens ÷ delivered × 100; click rate = unique clickers ÷ delivered × 100; CTOR = clickers ÷ openers × 100; bounce rate = bounced ÷ sent × 100; growth = (new − lost) ÷ starting list × 100.

Tracked opens can be distorted by privacy protections and scanners. Clickers and openers are independently bounded by delivered emails; clicks may exceed tracked opens. CTOR is undefined when opens are zero and may exceed 100% due to tracking differences. Your reference is user-supplied, not an industry benchmark.

Worked example

10,000 sent minus 200 bounces gives 9,800 delivered. 3,000 unique tracked opens gives 30.61% open rate; 500 clickers gives 5.10% click rate.

How should I interpret the result?

Tracked opens can be distorted by privacy protections and scanners. Clickers and openers are independently bounded by delivered emails; clicks may exceed tracked opens. CTOR is undefined when opens are zero and may exceed 100% due to tracking differences. Your reference is user-supplied, not an industry benchmark.

Can I download my results?
